Specialization: Project Management

Job/Duties/Deliverables:
Our client is in need of a senior resource to assist them on a key implementation in the lower mainland. This will be a 6 month project with a potential to renew. The Senior Project Manager – Implementation Specialist will work with two Analysts and various teams and stakeholders across 8 sites. This role will be responsible to develop a project plan based on a report that has been created and an existing business case. From this, the PM will work with the team to identify all the devices currently on the system, establish their priority, and begin moving them off the system in order to transition the system to a new vendor. This role will also be scheduling and delivering a number of status meetings to various departments and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of the status of the project and how they are affected.

Must Have:

• Experience in Project Management (8 – 10 years)
• Experience performing implementations (Mandatory)
• Experience managing projects in the health care industry (Mandatory)
• Strong organizational and presentation skills (Mandatory)

• Technical aptitude and general understanding of system architecture (Mandatory)

Nice To Have:

• Understanding of pager systems/networks
