Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced web site designer and graphics production artist to help define and drive the web design of several sophisticated and dynamic business-to-business and consumer driven web sites.

Responsibilities:
You will be a key player in developing great customer experiences for our new web initiatives. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating and implementing new web site and user interface designs. Working closely with the Web Services team and internal clients, you will be responsible for creating branding/identity assets, site navigation, page flow, and web-based multimedia presentations. These responsibilities include creating mockups and prototypes, designing for various browsers and hardware configurations, creating production ready art, and using various digital production tools as well as defining and design online marketing and advertising vehicles.

In addition to web site design, you will also design for email-based marketing activity as well as develop creative marketing vehicles for online marketing and social networks. Must have proven experience in implementing and creating strong “Call To Action” within the identified marketing vehicle.

This role will require the individual to work on site and in close conjunction with our development team.

Skills & Experience:

· 5-7 years in web design, development/production environments and print

· Web design and production art experience from concept to launch, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

· Experience developing both web based and print based creative designs

· Proven expertise utilizing user-centered design and development methodology.

· Thorough understanding of web site design and development, including strategy, design, usability, and implementation.

· Solid skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, DHTML, Flash, JavaScript and CSS stylesheets

· Experience utilizing online content management systems such as DRUPAL, Dolphin, Joomla, Expression Engine

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent), specializing in web design a definite plus.

· Experience developing innovative and creative online marketing vehicles for online marketing as well as for viral marketing through social networks

· Capable of working within a team as well as taking initiative and working independently

· Web 2.0 savvy

· Web portfolio required
