Job Description:

We are looking for 2 key team members with a dynamic can-do attitude that will complement our client’s strong Information Technology customer service team. You will work with customers to implement and provide support on all aspects of the company’s software. This position requires up to 2-3 weeks travel per month primarily within North America.
Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years experience working directly providing client support and consulting with the ability to rapidly generate client trust and confidence
•a technical diploma/degree
•4 or more years experience working in a software technical environment with substantial knowledge of CRM products
•a strong working knowledge of network installations and databases, and a proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies
•experience must include Windows Server and workstation Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Internet Information Services
•programming (Visual Basic, ASP.Net, C#)
•Reporting & Analytics with Crystal reports, Microsoft SQL Server
•strong written and verbal skills
•software training of business and technical users
•an understanding of business operations and business processes
•hands on technical troubleshooting

Additional Comments:

You will be required to demonstrate via a technical test that you have broad and deep technical skills and the ability and desire to rapidly develop a competence in the client’s software
Please note that applicants who only have internal IT network support or development experience will not be considered.
