Bring your unique blend of strategic leadership, facilitation and communication skills to a key opportunity within Fraser Health’s Health Information Systems & Services team as we move forward with exciting enterprise-wide projects and invest in our vision of Better Health, Best in Health Care for British Columbians!

• Working under the guidance of the Senior Consultant, Health Informatics, you provide leadership to team members and participate in change management strategies, as well as consult in the area of health informatics for the Community and Primary Care clinical support areas of Fraser Health.

• Your superb communication and facilitation skills complement your ability to work with numerous stakeholders and build strong linkages within the Fraser Health organization as you lead clinical information systems projects, define tasks, identify needed resources and report on project status.

As the successful candidate you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field in healthcare and five years experience as a Project Manager with specific experience with acute care electronic health information systems such as Meditech.
