JP-2008-RGS-BC-0104 – QA Team Lead

You are considered one of the most effective QA Leads in the field. You are first and foremost a project lead, able to guide a team of QA professionals through all phases of a project, and ensuring the quality and successful delivery of all project deliverables.

In this exciting role, you will be planning the test effort, organizing the test team, and tracking the test effort's progress, as well as training and developing your team members. You have expertise in creating comprehensive test plans, and in recognizing and mitigating risk. You have a thorough understanding of test metrics, and a background in providing technical support in troubleshooting configuration, application data, and user related problems. You have the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, an understanding of current business objectives, as well as the ability to anticipate the needs to meet those goals with sound business judgement.

You bring 3 - 5 years of QA experience to the table, along with proven experience in coaching and developing team members to achieve their goals.
