Hundreds of recruiting firms, staffing agencies and employers are powered by the many forms of Resume Mirror technology.

The Development Team Lead participates and takes a lead in the design and development of Resume Mirror’s hosted resume extraction modules.

Primary Duties
• Lead and mentor a small development team developing text extraction applications.
• Development of components and services using C#, .NET
• Develops an in-depth understanding of our current product and provides ideas for improvement of the product.
• Architects and implements programmatic data flows and interfaces to support integration with other TTC products.
• Participates in design and code reviews.
• Provides time estimates for assigned development tasks.
• Provides technical support to customer service as required

Skills
• Strong understanding of computational linguistics, preferably statistical methodologies.
• Strong project management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent listener.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and adaptable.
• Solid understanding of software development cycle in an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of server side .NET applications.
• A solid understanding of security concepts and strategies.
• Solid understanding of XML technologies

Qualifications
• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a directly related position providing the function as outlined in the job description. 2+ years experience in a leadership role

Education: Degree in Computer science preferably in an area related to computational linguistics
