Onni Group of Companies, one of Western Canada’s largest and fastest growing real estate development and property management companies is currently seeking a Live-in Resident Caretaker for a property in Surrey.

Duties to be performed include but not limited to the following:

• Rent collection
• Showing/Renting suites
• Contractor supervision
• Minor repairs
• Cleaning
• General maintenance

Requirements for the position:
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act
• Maintenance skills
• Strong administration and communication skills
