RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coaching, motivating, training, developing, and supervising technical staff
• Budgeting & managing of contracts
• Managing large-scale projects according to established methodologies & service delivery models
• Developing & maintaining client, and professional business relationships
• Implementing operational business plans and providing input into corporate planning
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering and/or equivalent Certifications, Education and Training Experience in Information Systems
• 7-10+ years hands-on development experience with multi-tiered Web Applications in an open-source environment, preferably a Linux/Unix/Oracle
• Sound negotiation, judgment and problem solving skills
• Superb customer service & client service delivery orientation in a results-oriented environment
• Solid organizational leadership and ability to motivate and lead staff towards established KPI’s and objectives
