Our client, Loki Management Systems Inc. is a rapidly growing provider of workforce management solutions used to optimize the scheduling and deployment of hourly employees in medium and large enterprises. Our customers integrate Loki's solutions with Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS), Oracle/PeopleSoft/J.D. Edwards, SAP and other ERP systems. As a Microsoft Gold Certified ISV Partner, we have recently expanded our product footprint by being first-to-market with a Global Payroll solution for Microsoft Dynamics AX. This product has been licensed by Microsoft and is being distributed globally under the Microsoft brand.

Loki requires an experienced internal Systems Administrator who can also contribute to the successful deployment and support of our workforce management and payroll solutions at customer sites across North America. In addition to managing our Microsoft Windows Server environments, including SQL Server, Exchange, and Sharepoint, you will be responsible for installing and supporting other Windows-based package software applications Loki uses to run its business. With excellent customer-facing skills, you will also work with Loki's implementation and customer support teams to assist clients in planning, addressing, and resolving technical product implementation issues.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for design, security, setup, integration, and performance of Loki's internal networks, operating systems, application software and workstations
· Perform systems administration activities including performance tuning, data management, advanced troubleshooting and security
· Learn Loki's technical applications architecture and work directly with customers to support installation and technical configuration of Loki's software
· Support Loki's customer help desk by investigating and resolving technical software issues
· Help implementation project managers to define technical project scope, tasks and milestones
· Anticipate technical project issues and resolve or escalate as required
· Understand and explain complex technical issues and present information in a concise manner
· Collaborate with other Loki team members to effectively address internal and external customer needs
· Adhere to company established methodologies and quality standards
· Continuously improve internal and external technical implementation and configuration documentation and practices

Qualifications:

· Five years experience in Windows systems and network administration, including Microsoft's Windows Server Operating Systems, SQL Server, SharePoint Services & Portal, Exchange, Active Directory, and Terminal Services
· Desire and ability to learn new platforms, applications and technologies quickly
· Technical consulting experience
· Strong client-facing communications and group dynamics skills
· A structured approach to problem solving, as well as an appreciation of analytical and quantitative analysis
· Understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures
· Exposure to workforce management software applications – Payroll, HR, and/or Schedule Management – is desirable
· Commitment to exceeding client expectations
· Comfortable working collaboratively and independently
· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) desirable
· University or college degree
