On behalf of our client, than Maxim Group Technology Division is currently searching for a Network Analyst.

Visual basic/studio

Working with a variety of systems and technologies, you will support staff in day to day operations. You'll work in with an energetic team solving challenging problems related to desktop enterprise computing systems.

Responsibilities:

Customer service focused, motivated, personable professional, with strong communication skills;
Set up, monitor and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers and networks, including virus management and backup and recovery of data;
Document system configurations and IT processes and procedures;
Trouble shoot, investigate new technologies, develop LAN and WAN network designs and make recommendations on improvements;
Participate in 'on-call, after-hour's support as required;
Superior proficiency with Windows 2003 Server, Exchange Server 2003, SQL Server 2000, Active Directory and Backup Exec;
Hands on experience with HP Proliant Servers, SonicWall Firewall, Blackberry Enterprise Server and NetApp NAS Appliance;
Some local and international travel will be required.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science (MSCE certification is an added asset) with 3-5 years experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• High aptitude for solving challenging technological problems
