Job Description:

WebTech Wireless is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst.

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that business automation functions within CRM, ERP and supporting systems meet the evolving needs of the wide variety of WebTech Wireless’ internal and external users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research the latest tools and techniques available to support electronics manufacturing, client billing, customer relationship management and e-commerce. Demonstrate how these tools can be used to benefit WebTech Wireless’ employees, clients and business partners.
- Strive for improvements in operational efficiency and quality by first identifying gaps and bottlenecks within WebTech Wireless’ existing business processes and then providing recommendations for improved utilization of WebTech Wireless’ systems.
- Continuously review business processes and recommend where process automation is required to improve the effectiveness of WebTech Wireless’ internal and external processes
- Communicate project requirements, benefits and ROI to both management and technical audiences through presentations and process modeling.
- Manage new business application projects from initial requirements gathering through implementation, training and end-user support.
- Maintain existing CRM, ERP and related business automation software and establish a good working relationship with software vendors. Manage software upgrades and migration of data to upgraded systems.


EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / EDUCATION:

Experience:

- Programming: Must be comfortable working with a variety of programming languages, including: VB and SQL
- Applications: Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports, FRx), Experience with CRM and ERP systems and asset
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Access


Skills:

- Comprehensive project management skills including: requirements gathering, budgeting and estimating effort, resource management, defining and controlling scope and scheduling
- Self-directed and able to balance priorities and manage numerous projects concurrently.
- Able to quickly translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS
