You are –
An analytical professional with a solid understanding of business processes and recognized communication skills. Working as a Business Analyst for this global provider of technology-based outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry, you will be acting as a liaison between business units and IT specialists. You will help clients in the investment industry build sound business cases for technology solutions, transform concepts into detailed business requirements, ensure the functional specifications capture the essence of the solution, and develop test scenarios and document business procedures.

Process design and augmentation are your specialty, as well as troubleshooting and problem solving. You will document and present your results in a service friendly manner, as well as document the programs initiated by your development team, taking ownership of the prioritized effort from inception to implementation. With your outstanding communication skills you will lead a focus group and information sessions to ensure successful use of new products.

You possess excellent time management skills and strong written and oral communication skills. You can successfully work without supervision as a consultant and manage several concurrent projects. You have approximately 5 years of experience the financial/brokerage industry and have previously worked as a Systems or Business Analyst for a large organization. You also have excellent computer skills including frequent use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and have completed your CSC or IFIC certification.
