Head of Content Strategy
This newly created senior position will own the content development strategy for
the company and devise models and systems that identify and track the most lucrative

Responsibilites

Build scalable models and systems that:

Analyze user search data and advertising price data to identify the most profitable/highest revenue search phrases
Create systems that automatically produce topic recommendations for writers based on those search phrases

Track and monitor the production and profitability of those topic recommendations.

Define and refine automated, algorithm-based and manual evaluation methods
Create and own a ‘content framework’ for contributing authors

Grow and lead a scalable multi-lingual team

Qualifications

5+ years of increasing responsibility with project and team leadership
Numbers-driven; Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
Must have professional experience in online content and be very familiar with contemporary web technologies
Knowledge and experience with search engine optimization (SEO) practices a definite asset
Knowledge and experience with Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising Network and others a definite asset.
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Mathematics, Computer Science or other degrees enabling advanced approaches to data analysis preferred
Independent, entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in a start-up environment
Native English speaker

Brief description of the project area Obagi fields is in OML-58 concession at about 80km Northwest of Port-Harcourt. The well locations as well as the access road exist. The sites are accessible by land.

Description of the Scope of work:

You will serve as an expatriate consultant on Drilling Engineering Services for supervising contractors with the mandate to carry out line pipe coating for the project line pipe/ concrete coating for the diameter (24 inches or greater) line pipe and also pipeline/ concrete coating for long (25km or greater) pipeline, who also have the capability of pipeline/ concrete coating of 40 inches line pipe and the capacity to coat up to 100km of such line pipe within six(6) months.

Scope of Work:

1, To execute a job for pipeline/ concrete coating of 400 inches diameter line pipe of up to approximately 100km length.

2, To apply a three layer polythethylene pipeline/ concrete coating system to the exterior of the line pipe.

3, To optionally coat approximately 60km of 40 inches diameter line pipe for the project.
The contract terms will be well stated and expanciated by the agency in the hard copies that will be forwarded to you through courier services.
