Position Purpose
You will primarily be responsible for designing the mathematics that defines the behavior of the Rocket games. You will work closely with other designers and developers on the team to create the math deliverables for both demonstration and fielded games.

Specific Accountabilities
In this role, you will:

1. Assist in soliciting and gathering requirements based on input from creative teams and domain experts. 2. Apply mathematical algorithms to collect, analyze, and present data. 3. Follow a pre-defined methodology of game design creation – generation of class III reels and paytables, designing the base and bonus games, reducing the game from Class III to Class II, and documenting and packaging the deliverables. 4. Conduct programming simulations on the game math models. 5. Interact with and support other departments, such as Media and Title Development. 6. Maintain and improve design and development standards – ensure all designs and deliverables are maintainable/upgradable, formally reviewed, and documented.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. You are extremely detail oriented and comfortable taking a mathematical approach to problem solving.
2. The ability to write well-structured, well-documented, maintainable scripts and programs in C++ and/or C# in order to automate manual processes is a definite asset.
3. Strong combinatorics (statistics and/or probability) knowledge and experience is a definite asset.

2.0 SCOPE OF WORK

The client requires Oracle ERP (E-Business or eBiz) technical and process consulting expertise to work with internal team to plan and develop a future state design for ebiz which meet current and future business requirements and are aligned with best practices. Strong working knowledge of Finance processes within a retail, distribution and wholesale environment is essential.

The immediate needs are:

1. Conduct Solution Design and Validation Workshops with the goal of determining how best to design and configure eBiz in the future state to achieve the current and future business and user requirements and objectives. This activity must be substantially completed by March 31, 2009. The expectation is this will be a 4 week activity with possible two week extension and therefore we would expect this activity to start Feb 27, 2009.

2. Assessment of the current set-up and configuration of the Oracle modules to ensure they are optimally set up to meet current and future user and business requirements taking into taking into consideration IFRS, other business / financial reporting requirements as well as best practices. This activity is a prerequisite to determining the changes which may be required in upstream systems and data feeds to meet the specified requirements. This activity must be substantially completed by March 31, 2009. The expectation being that this piece of work is related to the work described in #1 above.

3.0 MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

The Candidate or Team must possess technical and process expert knowledge of Oracle eBiz applications as well as related best practice workflows. They are expected to have extensive experience successfully implementing Oracle eBiz suite of applications in other organizations, including organizations similar to the Branch.

• Expert Knowledge of Oracle eBiz application suite – 10 years experience
• Extensive experience successfully implementing Oracle eBiz in other organizations, including those similar to the Branch.
